SOLAS Free Fall Lifeboat

Free fall lifeboat is designed for crew evacuation during emergency situations at sea or offshore platforms. It complies with SOLAS regulations and international LSA equipment rules, ensuring safety and reliability. The free fall release systems are user-friendly for easy activation by the crew. The hull/canopy is made of fire retardant F.R.P. with polyurethane foam for buoyancy. The boat is self-righting even when partially submerged. Class certificates include ABS, BV, CCS, DNV, and more for capacities ranging from 20 to 44 persons.

The 16 persons free fall totally enclosed lifeboat meets SOLAS requirements, with fire-pretended FRP material, release mechanism, self-righting capability, and equipped accessories. It features antiskid surfaces, manual pump for water removal, and fire protection systems. The lifeboat is equipped with a compressed air system for toxic fumes prevention and rescue operations. It also includes reflective light strips, toughened glass windows, and electrical systems for illumination and engine start-up.

Quality assurance is maintained with ISO9001:2008 standards, guaranteeing compliance with technical documentation. The guarantee period for the lifeboat is 12 months post-vessel delivery, ensuring peace of mind for users. The electrical system includes maintenance-free 90AH accumulators, charge transformers from davits, and waterproof charging cables.
